Our Communal Areas and Infrastructure policy includes a range of covers to protect shared spaces and facilities within communal areas. These covers include property damage coverage for communal property, such as garages, bin stores, paths, gardens, hedges, fences, roads, gates, sewerage systems, common landscaping and landlords contents as well as your liability as owner of the property.

Property and Land Owners Liability

Our Property and Land Owners Liability product is designed for owners of single and multiple properties and /or areas of land. Our simple, intuitive question set enables you to quickly obtain the cover you need for you client at a premium they can afford.

Unoccupied Property

Our Unoccupied Property Owners product provides cover for both Residential and Commercial property. We can cover all types of unoccupied property including new build, property for sale or rent and property currently under refurbishment or renovation. 3 and 6 month policies are avaliable and rates start from just 0.12% for FLEEA cover and 0.18% for full cover (excluding accidental damage).
